Pre-Wired Distribution Cable for LED Lift Cabin Downlights – CON Series

The CON-series Pre-Wired Connection Cables provide plug-and-play power distribution between the FRWD0805 Main Controller and the lift cabin’s LED downlights, eliminating on-site wiring and significantly reducing installation time on site.

Each harness is built around a central distribution connector with a vibration-proof locking mechanism that delivers a secure electrical connection — engineered to withstand the continuous mechanical stress of lift travel without loosening over time. A 1.5 m main run feeds from the controller to the distribution point, where it splits into individual 1.5 m branches, one per downlight, for a total reach of 3 m from the FRWD0805 to each spotlight. Conductor cross-section is 2 × 0.22 mm².

The CON-series is available in 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, and 6-output configurations (CON-1, CON-2, CON-3, CON-4, CON-6), allowing each channel to be matched precisely to the number of downlights it powers. For example, four downlights on the Main channel can be wired through a single CON-4, while two additional downlights on the Main / Emergency channel are connected via a CON-2 — all without splicing or terminal blocks. A 1 m extension lead is also available for installations requiring additional reach between the controller and the distribution point.
