INTD0901 Cabin Emergency Phone Faceplate

The stainless steel faceplate of the INTD0901 forms the visible front of the cabin emergency communication device, providing a clean and professional finish on the inside of the lift cabin. Manufactured from durable stainless steel with a brushed finish, it combines a discreet, technical appearance with high resistance to wear and the everyday mechanical stress of cabin use.

The faceplate carries the mandatory passenger instructions in both Greek and English (“ΣΕ ΠΕΡΙΠΤΩΣΗ ΑΝΑΓΚΗΣ ΠΙΕΣΤΕ / IN CASE OF EMERGENCY PRESS” and “ΜΕΧΡΙ ΝΑ ΑΝΑΨΕΙ ΤΟ ΛΑΜΠΑΚΙ / UNTIL THE LIGHT IS ON”), along with clear CALL and SPEAK status markings. Acoustic slots provide clear two-way voice communication with the rescue centre, while two indicator LEDs visually signal the progress of the emergency call to the passenger — in full compliance with the requirements of EN 81-28.

The rear of the faceplate features four integrated mounting posts, which act as threaded receivers for the assembly screws. The INTD0901 main unit is fastened from behind the COP (Car Operating Panel): the screws pass through the stainless steel COP plate and thread directly into these posts. As a result, the COP sheet metal is securely sandwiched between the faceplate and the device body, achieving a rigid, no-rework installation with no visible screws or external brackets on the cabin-facing side.

The factory-set spacing between the faceplate and the main unit is precisely calibrated to match the thickness of a standard stainless steel COP panel (1,5-2mm), guaranteeing a flush fit and a clean, professional appearance inside the lift cabin.
